Overview
Hakuba 47 Winter Sports Park is the go-to destination for freestyle enthusiasts in Hakuba Valley. The resort features 8 courses with a strong focus on park and pipe riding, including one of Japan's best terrain parks with multiple jump lines, rails, and a competition-grade halfpipe. The north-facing slopes help preserve snow quality, and the resort's compact layout makes it easy to lap the park all day.
Beyond the park, Hakuba 47 offers excellent tree skiing through natural beech and birch forests, particularly on Route 2 and Route 5. The resort connects to Hakuba Goryu at the summit, giving riders access to a combined 24 courses on a single lift pass. The base area features a modern lodge with dining options and a gear shop.
